Holiday Closures

Our stores will be closed from 3pm on Friday 19th of December and reopen on Thursday 8 January 2026. Our online store will remain open for placing orders, however, as orders are fulfilled from our South Yarra location, purchases made during this time will de dispatched or available for collection once we reopen – after the 8th of January 2026.

Our phone and email address will not be monitored during the closure period and all queries will be responded to upon return.

The Script ® program

The Script ® program (the “Program”) is operated by Rescript PTY LTD ACN 672 333 818 and owned by Cosmeuticals Co PTY LTD ACN:671 567 678 (in these Terms of Use “we” or “us” or “SCRIPT”). Your use of the Program is subject to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use do not use the Application and do not click “| Agree” after reading these Terms of Use. By choosing “I Agree” or using the Application you agree to the application of these Terms of Use.

Script Skincare returns to retail locations

1. You are receiving a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, terminable subscription to use the Program. The Program is provided to you at no cost, however you will be responsible for any costs incurred with your mobile operator and/or your ISP for downloading, installing and using the Program, including downloading any information that populates the Program . You are also responsible for any downloading charges that are incurred by anyone else using the device on which you have installed the Program.
2. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the Program is lawful, and you must comply with all applicable laws in using the Program. You may not use the Program for any illegal purpose. You have a limited right to use the Program. We can decline or cancel your registration, or remove your account for any reason and at any time. You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, keeping your registration information up-to-date and secure, and for all activity that happens in your account. All user names and passwords are our property and may be changed at any time.
3. When you use the Program, Script may collect personal information including but not limited to your name, address, and contact details. You agree that Script may use this information to contact you. You also agree that the information collected may be provided to the retailer or other related entities and they may use the information to contact you. Further, when you use the Program Script may collect other de identified data regarding skin type, skin concerns and information from your skin care prescription including purchase information. The program may also record number of pages viewed, your results and average session duration. You agree that Script may use this information to analyse and improve the Program and the service provided to you…
4. In the event that you choose to share your results using any of the available ‘share options’ you are consenting to publish the outcomes of your exam in conjunction with some personal details that may be identifying. These details include, but are not limited to, photographs uploaded by you, your results including diagrams and images, skin type, skin concerns and product prescription and any other results you choose to share. Depending on your selection, the output methods may include image, text, video or recordings. If you choose to share your results you understand that it is possible that your results will and can be viewed by friends, followers and the general public in accordance with your own social media settings. The decision| to share to social media is the sole responsibility of the user.

Stay loyal to your skin.

Like you, we’re invested in uncovering your best skin. This means staying loyal to your skin, not a particular brand or product. That’s why our loyalty program rewards you with 2.5% back in points on every Script Skincare purchase. You can use these points toward any future skincare purchase, online or in-store, regardless of the brand or price.

Points can only be used for skincare products and are not redeemable for cash, services, or treatments.

Customers are responsible for applying their points at checkout for all online purchases and for informing their Script sales assistant when making in‑store purchases.

How to Join the Script Skincare Loyalty Program?

To begin earning points, simply create an account with Script Skincare either in‑store or online and make a purchase, you’ll start accumulating points right away. Participants must provide personal details during registration, which will be stored in accordance with our data protection policies. Your personal details can be updated at any time by accessing your online account or contacting one of our stores. Loyalty points are non‑transferable and are linked to your account, so please ensure you use the same email address for every purchase. Please note that if you choose to check out as a guest loyalty points will not be earned for that transaction. If you create a new Script account it cannot be merged with other accounts.

Loyalty Points FAQ

How are points calculated?
Points are calculated at checkout based on your purchase amount. Your balance can be applied to future skincare purchases at Script Skincare.

How do I check my balance?
You can check your loyalty points balance by asking one of our staff members or by logging in to your account at www.scriptskincare.com.au.

Do I have to use my points right away?
No, it’s your choice! Save up for a larger purchases or enjoy smaller savings with each buy.

Do my points expire?
No, your points don’t expire. Use them whenever you like.

Can points be refunded?
Once you use your points, they cannot be refunded.

Can I use points on sale items?
Certain sale items and promotions may not be eligible for loyalty points. Check the specific promotional terms and conditions for any exclusions.
